Are these trophies full-size replicas?

Yes, they are made to be representative of the full-size real-world trophies. While some designs may vary slightly, the goal is to deliver the same presence and wow factor as the originals.

What materials are used in the trophies?

We use only high-end materials such as wood, brass, silver, resin, felt, and other premium elements. Each material is chosen for its durability, visual appeal, and suitability for capturing intricate detail.

Is engraving included?

Yes, engraving is included. We also offer custom engravings, multiple-sided engravings, and specialty placements for an additional fee.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! All of our trophies are highly customizable. Just ask and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life.

How accurate are the replicas?

We like to remind people these are replicas of very expensive trophies at a fraction of the cost. If you look close and hard enough, will you find differences? Maybe. But our goal is that when people see it on display, their first reaction is: “How did you get that?!”

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and cryptocurrency.

Do you offer installment options?

In some cases, yes. Trophies do not begin production until at least 50% of the full payment is received, and they will not ship until payment is made in full. You can also use PayPal Credit, which offers 0% interest for 6 months.

Do your prices include tax and shipping?

All listed prices include shipping and insurance within the United States. However, international customers are responsible for their own customs duties or import taxes. Depending on location, international shipping charges might apply, but we offer very competitive rates.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or changed if production has not yet begun. Once we begin crafting your trophy, cancellations and changes are no longer possible due to the custom nature of the work. After payment is received and engraving mock-ups are approved, we typically start with the engraving right away.

How long does production take?

Production times vary by product:
– NFL & Heisman: 20 business days
– MLB & NBA: 25 business days
– Champions League & Premier League: 30 business days
– NHL: 35 business days
Some specialty items may take longer. Feel free to ask before placing an order.

How long does shipping take?

For U.S. orders, shipping typically takes 1–4 business days depending on your distance from California. International shipping is often only slightly longer but may vary depending on customs clearance times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

How are the trophies packaged?

All trophies are securely packed in a custom-fitted thermo cooler. Some items (such as the Heisman, NHL, CL, and others) may require minor assembly to reduce the chance of damage during transit. Assembly is simple, and shipping insurance is included.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once production is complete and your order is scheduled for pickup, you’ll receive a UPS tracking number. It typically becomes active that evening or the following day. All shipments require a signature on delivery.

What if my trophy arrives damaged?

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will assess the damage and offer a replacement of the damaged portion if warranted. Photos are required for claims.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued unless approved at our sole discretion under rare circumstances.

Can I return a custom order?

No. Custom items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the affected portion. Shipping insurance is included for protection.

What if I made a mistake in my engraving?

We provide engraving mock-ups for your approval. Once you approve the engraving and production begins, no changes can be made. It is the customer’s responsibility to review carefully before confirming.

Do you take wholesale or bulk orders?

Absolutely. We’ve fulfilled large orders for collectors, retail stores, professional teams, and league partners. Reach out and tell us why you’d be a good fit to join our wholesale program.

Can you replicate a trophy that’s not on your site?

Most likely, yes. If it’s not in our catalog, it means we haven’t yet invested in the mold. We can still build it, but some mold costs may be passed on to you. We reserve the right to sell future units to offset remaining costs.

Do you work with professional teams or organizations?

Yes, we’ve worked with teams, staff, and players from every major sports league, along with league partners, team owners, corporate clients, and even Hollywood productions.

Are you an American-based company?

Yes. We are the only U.S.-based manufacturer producing trophies of this caliber.
